How to change a ringtone on a sidekick?

i just got the sidekick 2008 and i dont know how to change the ring tone, it keeps playing the tmobile jingle, and i can adjust the volume but not the ringer, what should i do???? help pls. How to change a ringtone on a sidekick?Go to the phone on the jump menu and select it. (Will take you to the dial screen.) Hit the file button (top left lines button) and go to settings. You can change it from there.
