Anyone know how to work a sidekick(R)3?

my brother gave me one and its beautiful there are a few problems i need help with:

i need to know how to change the boring t-mobile ringtone

i dont know how many songs i can put on it

my network service is off which is weird because on my old phone it was on and i could get on aim..i cant do that now

i may need the number to t-mobile maybe so if you know it that would really help as well
